Refund policy

Stick It! Rollers Only: Please remember that if the roller itself is less sticky than it used to be, to wash it with Dawn® Dish Soap to remove any residue build up and then dry it with a lint free towel to bring back that day one stickiness.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We are a small family business, and every return matters. If you decide to return the product after opening the packaging and using the product, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We provide a shipping label with prepaid postage to you via email, for free. If you enter the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for your mistake and we will not send you out a new unit for free. We are also not liable for USPS, or any other mail carriers' mis-delivery of your purchase. If your product is lost in transit, that is between you and the mail carrier.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please note that certain products cannot be returned as it opens our company, and more importantly, our customers pets, to viruses such as canine parvovirus (CPV).


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that not all products can be exchanged.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee per item returned for accepted returns. A restocking fee will not be charged on exchanged items. If you have received a package with missing items due to shipping mishaps, please refer to all information and instructions above.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@shoppetstuff.com.  Please note that we do not offer refunds on items marked "Delivered" via USPS tracking. We urge all customers to sign up for Informed Delivery by USPS.
